At NIYA, we take pride in the professionalism and expertise of our staff. All of our estheticians are fully licensed, having met and surpassed the stringent requirements set by the state board. This licensing ensures that each esthetician has completed the necessary education and training, and has passed all relevant examinations to practice safely and effectively.

At NIYA, your visit begins with completing a few necessary forms to ensure we understand your health background and aesthetic goals. Next, you'll be escorted to one of our treatment rooms for a detailed consultation. Here, our skilled esthetician will outline the treatment process and address any questions you might have.
Depending on the specific treatment, you may be able to start your session immediately following the consultation. However, some procedures at NIYA require prior preparation. For instance, clients opting for hair removal treatments need to avoid shaving the targeted area at least 24 hours before their appointment.

At NIYA, it's essential to stop all plucking or waxing for several weeks prior to undergoing laser treatment to ensure optimal effectiveness. We offer a wide range of lasers designed to safely treat all skin types and colors, including dark and tanned skin. Our highly trained professionals will guide you through your options and customize a treatment plan that aligns perfectly with your individual needs. At NIYA, we understand that schedules can change and unexpected events occur, but in order to provide the best services to all our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Notice Period:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with clients on our waiting list.How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us directly at ________________ or manage your booking through our online client portal.Late Cancellations/No Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to show up for your scheduled appointment, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or, in certain circumstances, added to your account to be paid at your next visit.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee if we find the situation warrants it.Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive your full service time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.Reminder Service:
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to track your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.Policy Acknowledgment:
